OK. I won't mention it here again, but I know it is possible to understand the fundamentals of math so well that you can play with mental math like a well accomplished pianist.

 

I am not a teacher. I am a Nuclear Engineer. But I love to take special talents under my wing and make them expert at using mathematical thinking..

 

To me mental math is not memorization. Mental math is systematic thinking.

 

Your approach is just fine for the general assembly line. I have no objection to it.

 

Merry Xmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, etc. I am off on a trip to China.

What's the difference between precedence and order??
